From The Beginning
Attorney Sujit Ramchand founded the law firm in 2007 on the principles of compassion and diligent service. Mr. Ramchand has been known for his unrelenting attention to detail and legal proficiency.
Mr. Ramchand grew up in Chennai, India, and New York City, USA. He graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota Law School (Minneapolis) with a Juris Doctorate. Mr. Ramchand graduated with honors with dual Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees from Queens College of the City University of New York.
PROFESSIONAL
Before founding the law firm, Mr. Ramchand was an attorney at one
of the top law firms in the U.S., Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and
Jacobson, and also an attorney for one of the top companies in the U.S., IBM. Mr. Ramchand has extensive immigration law experience, and he is a Member of the American
Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He has represented companies, both
large and small, and individuals, in immigration matters. He has experience
with both employment-based and family-based immigration matters. He is called
upon by other lawyers and professionals for help with immigration law matters,
and he has been a speaker/presenter at conferences regarding immigration law.
